Photographer Eric Cahan is an expert
in both high-end portraiture and
interior design photography. His work,
which has been praised for its playful
character, has been featured in a
range of prestigious publications,
including Elle Decor, Glamour
magazine, Vogue Nippon and in House
and Garden at Gwyneth Paltrow’s
home. This month, Cahan worked
closely with his friend of 15 years,
Cristina Greeven Cuomo, at her
Southampton home for AVENUE’s
cover story on the talented editor. It
wasn’t hard to make Greeven Cuomo
look good, says Cahan, who adds,

his 10th and most recent book, How It
Ended: New and Collected Stories,
McInerney creates realistic fiction set in
his hometown of New York. This month,
he interviewed his friend Cristina
Greeven Cuomo about her career as a
magazine editor, marrying into the
Cuomos and growing up in New York.
"Cristina always amazes me because she
seems to do more in the average week
than three or four normal people and
makes it look effortless," McInerney says.
