A Valentine to New York Brokers at the Grill Room
K. Hovnanian Homes, Coldwell Banker Previews International,
New Developments—a division of Coldwell Banker Hunt
Kennedy—and AVENUE threw the A Valentine to New York Brokers
event at the Grill Room in lower Manhattan. From there, guests had
an amazing view across the river, to the luxury development at 77
Hudson Street in Jersey City, N.J. The property was specially lit for
the preview. The evening benefited Habitat for Humanity-New York
City and Brokers Build. Attendees included top brokers, as well as K.
Hovnanian Homes and Caldwell Banker Previews executives.
